MobileCell – lol FAQ’s 

  • Which countries do you ship to?

We would like to ship worldwide, but have found through experience that this isn't always the most practicle. With this in mind, we only offer our products to customers within Australia and New Zealand.

  • Will my new phone work with any service provider?

All of our phones will work with GSM service providers throughout Australia. Please check with your provider to ensure you are in a coverage area before making your purchase. 

  • Do you exchange or refund?

We will exchange or repair any mobile phone that is determined to be DOA. Please read our Terms and Conditions to learn more in regards to our policy for DOA’s.

  • How do I receive my new phone?

Each phone is sealed in the original manufacturer’s packaging, so please refer to the contents list on the item you are wishing to purchase. Our chosen courier service, UPS, will deliver your package to you, or to your chosen representative, and they will require a signature to confirm your delivery.

  • How do I order?

Use our easy to use ordering system, with our secure shopping cart and encrypted information page.

  • How secure are my Credit Card details?

Keeping your order information is of the utmost importance to us. MobileCell – lol uses advanced technology to keep your information safe and secure. To ensure this, we are constantly updating and testing our software to further protect your details. 

  • What are my payment options?

We do prefer Direct Deposit into our nominated Bank account, as this is the quickest method of clearing your payment and allows us to send your product out within a day, or two at the most. Credit Cards, PayPal and Money Orders are also acceptable forms of payment.

  • If my phone doesn’t work when I get it, what do I do?

If when you have received your phone it is unable to be turned on, or be ready in use after you have removed it from the box, then you MUST REPORT this to us at MobileCell – lol within 24hours.  We cannot accept as DOA any merchandise that is not tested or examined by you, the customer, within 24 hours. After this time the DOA return policy in null & void.

  • What must I return with my phone if it’s DOA?

The mobile phone must be sent back in original factory condition including all original accessories and original IMEI/Serial #s that were included in the original shipment. Do not tape over or write anything on the original merchandise packaging. Any missing/damaged items/accessories will be subject to a replacement charge (not covered by a restocking fee). Shipping charges are non-refundable as MobileCell - lol cannot reclaim these fees from the shipping carrier. The customer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. Please be sure that returned shipments are properly packed and fully insured.
